The Members of the Company at the 32nd Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 28th September, 2026, have approved the adoption of new set of Memorandum of Association ("MOA") and Articles of Association ("AOA") of the Company as per Companies Act, 2013, in substitution of and to the entire exclusion of the existing Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association framed under Companies Act, 1956.
