The Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on Friday, 31st July, 2026, has approved the proposal for adoption of a new set of Memorandum of Association ("MOA") and Articles of Association ("AOA") of the Company as per Companies Act, 2013, in substitution of and to the entire exclusion of the existing Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association framed under Companies Act, 1956, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company by way of a Special Resolution at the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting.
