Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be opened after the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025.
