We wish to inform that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, dated April 02, 2019, the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 01, 2025, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Un-Audited financial statements of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025. The date of the Board meeting to consider and adopt the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, shall be intimated separately in due course.
