We wish to inform that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, dated April 02, 2019 and SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated 21st April, 2025, the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026.
