The Board of Directors at their meeting held today on 13th August 2025 has recommended dividend @12% i.e. Rs. 0.60/- on each fully paid equity shares of Rs. 5/- each for the Financial year 2024-25 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuring annual general meeting.
