This is to inform that the Company has received a show cause notice under under section 73(1) of Karnataka Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017, concurrent provisions of the CGST Act 2017 and IGST Act, 2017 involving tax (GST) amount of Rs. 3,83,47,048 along with interest of Rs. 2,87,60,309.
