The Board of Directors based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee have approved the appointment of Mr. Avijit Mukerji (DIN: 03534116) as an additional Director in the category of Independent Director w.e.f. December 10, 2025, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. 2.
