With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to apprise your good self that our company had a Paid-up Share Capital of Rs. 3,00,03,000 (Rupees Three Crore and Three Thousand Only) and Net Worth of Rs. 7,22,04,000 (Rupees Seven Crore Twenty-Two Lakhs and Four Thousand Only) as on 31st March, 2022 and has a Paid up Share Capital of Rs.3,00,03,000 (Rupees Three Crore and three thousand Only) and a Net Worth of Rs. 6,30,92,660/- (Rupees Six Crore Thirty Lakh Ninety-Two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty) as on March 31, 2023. The requirement of filling of Related Party Transactions is not applicable on the Company for half year/year ended March 31, 2023 as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, as the Paid -Up Equity Share Capital not exceeding Rupees Ten crore and Net Worth not exceeding Rupees Twenty-Five Crore, as on the last day of the previous financial year.
