Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity shares of the Company by all Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and connected persons of the Company has been closed from 1st July 2022 (please refer to our letter dated 28th June 2022 in this regard) and will remain closed till 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are approved and announced to the public.
