We write to inform you that consequent to the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Commmittee the Board at its meeting held today ie 27.05.25 has appointed Shri Abhishek Kumar Tiwari, IAS as Nominee Director of West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited on the Board of the company in place of outgoing Shri Shashank Sethi, IAS DIN 10738165. The appointment of Mr. Tiwari, IAS Shall take effect from the date of approval of his DIN.
