30th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Wednesday, 30th September, 2020, at its registered office of the Company situated at B-1, Yashkamal, Tithal Road, Valsad- 396001, Gujarat. The Company has appointed Mr. Kunjal Dalal, Proprietor of M/s. K. Dalal & Co., Practicing Company Secretary (C.P. NO. 3863) as the Scrutinizer for conducting the remote e-voting and the ballot voting process at the 30thAnnual General Meeting of the company. The Scrutinizer has submitted Consolidated Voting Results along with Scrutinizer's Report to the company on 02nd October, 2020.
