The 35th Annual General Meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 30 September,2024 at 12:30 p.m. through video conferencing/ other audio visual means. The company has fixed 23 September 2024 as the Cut-off Date. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company shall remain closed from 24 September 2024 to 30 September 2024, both days inclusive for the purpose of the AGM.
