The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons and Immediate relative of designated relatives with effect from 1st October, 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2025.
