We wish to inform you that the Company had issued a Prior Intimation on July 02, 2025, regarding the convening of a Board Meeting scheduled for July 10, 2025, to, inter alia, consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, the proposal for issuance of Bonus Shares, and the application for an NBFC License. However, the Board of Directors, upon deliberation, has decided to defer the aforesaid agenda items to a later date.
