This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed for designated persons from 1st July 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for first quarter 30th June 2024 of the financial year 2024-25.
