This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for designated persons from 1st January 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ending on 31st December 2024 of the financial year 2024-2025.
