Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window, which was closed on January 01, 2025 (refer our earlier intimation letter dated December 27, 2024), shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.
