As per the provisions The SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in Shares of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 1st January, 2024 till 48 Hours after the declaration of Third quarter ended 31st December, 2023. The Date of Board Meeting for the Consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2023 shall be intimated in the due course of time.
