In terms of Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the above mentioned provision shall not be applicable to the Companies having Paid-up Share Capital less than Rs. 10 Crore and Net Worth of the Company less than Rs. 25 Crore as on 31st March, 2022. As the Paid-up Share Capital of our Company is Rs. 5.33 Crore and Net Worth of the Company is 1.40 Crores, i.e. below the prescribed limit, disclosure under regulation 23(9) read with regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to us. We are submitting herewith the Not Applicability of the Disclosure of Related Party Transactions as per regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 for the half year ended as on 30th September, 2022
