This is to inform that Bharat Seats Limited ("Company") has received a letter dated March 5, 2025 from the following Promoters/members of Promoter Group of the Company: Mr. Rohit Relan, Mrs. Ritu Relan, Mr. Rishabh Relan, Mr. Pranav Relan and Mr. Ayush Relan (Collectively referred to as the "Relan Family") in relation to execution of a Memorandum of Family Settlement entered into and amongst the Relan Family on March 3, 2025 ("Family Settlement"). We would like to further inform you that the Company is not a party to the Family Settlement and that pursuant to the Family Settlement, there will be no material impact on management or control in the Company, and there will be no change in aggregate shareholding of Promoters and Promoter Group.
