The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 16th September, 2023 to 22nd September, 2023. The remote e-voting commences on 19th September, 2023 (IST 9:00 a.m.) and ends on 21st September, 2023 (IST 5:00 p.m.).
