The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, 28th October, 2024 will consider the declaration of Interim Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Record Date for the Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if declared by the Board of Directors, shall be Wednesday, 6th November, 2024.
