Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Chandir Gidwani (DIN: 00011916) has completed his first term of 5 (five) years as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company on 6th February, 2025 and consequently, he ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 6th February, 2025.
