The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons, there immediate relatives and all connected persons(as defined in the Code) w.e.f 1st April 2025 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March,2025 to the Stock Exchange.
