The Trading Window for trading / dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2024 until 48 hours from the date of announcement of the Un-audited Financial Result of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2024 to the public. Accordingly, all the directors, Connected persons, designated persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid closure period.
