The Board of Directors through Circular Resolutions passed on September 29, 2025 considered and approved the following: (i) Allotment of 24,00,000 equity shares to Zenith Dyeintermediates Limited upon conversion of warrants (ii) Forfeiture and cancellation of 10,50,000 warrants held by Anantroop Financial Advisory Services Private Limited due to non exercising of the said warrants
