Carraro India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Carraro India Limited has informed the Exchange that its Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled on Tuesday, 27th May, 2025, inter-alia, shall also discuss and consider the proposal to recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for financial year ended 31st March, 2025, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
