On the Recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board has approved the Appointment of M/s S K Patodia & Associates LLP (Firm Registration No. 112723W/W100962) as Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of M/s ARSK & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai ( Registration No. 315082E) who shall be complete their term 3( three) years at the Conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting. The Appointment of M/s S K Patodia & Associates LLP, shall be subject to the approval of the Shareholders. The Appointment shall be for the term of 3(three) Consecutive years.
