NDR Auto Components Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 6th November 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2025. As intimated in our letter dated 29th September, 2025 for the purpose as above and as per the Company's Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for the dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
