Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we, Lloyds Enterprises Limited, are pleased to submit that the Company has received Listing and Trading Approval from NSE for listing of equity shares vide letter dated 15th October, 2015. Hence w.e.f. 17th October, 2024, the Company will also be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
