This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares and securities of the Company by the designated/connected persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed w.e.f. January 01, 2025 for the purpose of approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The trading window shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of aforesaid financial results.
