As per section 17 of Code the powers of the board of JAYBHARAT TEXTILES AND REAL ESTATE LIMITED (the corporate debtors) stand suspended and such powers shall be vested with Mr.Naren Seth, INTERIM RESOLUTION PROFESSIONAL having IP Registration No. IP/P-00133-IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00133/2017-2018/10275 appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional.
