The trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2025 for Directors, KMPs, Promoters and Promoters group, Connected Persons, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the Code.
