Pursuant to Insider Trading Policy and SEBI (PIT code) Requlations, 2015, the Trading window for buying/selling/ dealing/trading in shares of Relic Technologies Limited shall be closed with effect from 7th February, 2025 till further notification for all the Designated persons including their immediate relatives of the Company. All the Designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company are prohibited to buy/sell/deal/trade in the shares of the Company during Trading window closure period.
