Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, September 20, 2024 to Wednesday, September 25, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 32nd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') scheduled to be held on the Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 2:00 PM (IST).
