Taken on record the Limited Review Report received from the statutory auditors of the company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. We wish to inform that the company has not issued any Non-Convertible Debt Securities, Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) and Commercial Papers or any other instruments of similar nature and as such the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS/CIR/P/2020/231 dated November 13, 2020 is not applicable to the company.
