Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ("the Regulations") as amended by Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing of securities of the Company will remain closed for all promoters, Directors, employees and all other Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
