Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to the captioned subject, we hereby wish to inform you that the Company has received an intimation from its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent i.e. Link Intime India Private Limited on 20th October, 2021, pertaining to the loss /misplaced of share Certificate(s) /request for issuance of duplicate share certificate from the shareholder(s) for which stop transfer has been marked by the Registrar. Accordingly, the duplicate share certificate(s) will be issued only after complying with the requisite formalities by the Shareholder(s). The copy of intimation received from RTA is enclosed herewith.
