Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ("the Regulations") as amended by Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing of securities of the Company will remain closed for all promoters, Directors, employees and all other Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2022 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all promoters, Directors, employees and all other Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
