Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for all Promoters, Directors, connected and Designated Persons from 1st July, 2025. The Closure is in connection with unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2025.
