The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 13th December, 2022 at Mumbai, inter alia has considered and approved shifting of Registered Office of the Company to 'T-11, Third Floor, Grand Plaza, Paltan Bazar, G.S.Road, Guwahati - 781008, Assam' which is in the same City where existing Registered Office is situated. Kindly note that the change will be effective from January 1, 2023.
