The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. Friday, August 14, 2026, inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026 ('the Results') along with the Limited Review Report thereon issued by M/s. S A R A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Statutory auditors have issued an unmodified opinion on the Results.
