Copy of said results along with Limited Review Reports thereon by M/s. Tulsyan N K & Co., Praveer Kant Kashyap, Chartered Accountants, Auditors of the Company, is submitted herewith in compliance of Regulation 33 of SEBI of SEBI Listing Regulations.
