The Outcome of postal ballot e-voting conducted between 27 December 2023 to 25 January 2024, the following resolutions have been passed: 1. To approve material transaction with a related party of the Company- ordinary resolution. 2. To take note of certificate from practising chartered accountant regarding the satisfaction of conditions laid down in Regulation 45 (1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and to ratify the omission- Special resolution.
