In the meeting held today i.e. March 30, 2024, The Board approved the following: 1. Issue of Bonus Shares to the equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., 1 (One) new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each held by the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date. 2. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 3,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crore only) to Rs. 6,00,00,000/- (Rupees Six Crore only) divided into 60,00,000 (Sixty Lacs only) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each and consequent alteration of Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. 3. Alteration of Article 3 of the Articles of Association of the Company and also a new set of clauses in the Articles of Association of the Company aligning with 'Table F' of Schedule I of the Companies Act, 2013.
