With reference to the earlier letter dated January 08, 2021 regarding Board Meeting Intimation, Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting scheduled to be held on January 22, 2021, will also consider declaration of interim dividend to the members of the Company for the financial year 2020-21.
