Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading adopted by the Duncan Engineering Limited ('the Company') under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from October 1, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 to the stock exchange. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
