SHREE RAJASTHAN SYNTEX LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2023 and to take on record Limited Review Report thereon. Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders, the 'Trading Window' in respect of the trading in the securities of the Company for all the designated person (as defined in the Code) was already closed from 1st July, 2023 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2023
