We wish to inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e. March 21, 2025, have considered and declared interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 of Rs. 9.00/- per equity share i.e. 90% of face value of Rs.10/- per equity share. Further, the Board of Directors have fixed Thursday, March 27, 2025, as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of shareholders to receive the aforesaid interim dividend.
