Intimation for closure of trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by designated persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from Wednesday, October 01, 2025 until forty eight hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2025.
